Job Overview
The Bakery Production Manager oversees the daily production of high-quality bakery items, including donuts, icings, and other necessary products. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for guiding the production team, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining consistent product quality.
This position requires strong collaboration and communication with the Store Manager and Production General Manager, making excellent communication skills essential for success.
Schedule
Shift starts between 2:00–3:00 AM and ends around 10:00 AM.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of management experience in the food industry
- Current Food Handler’s Permit
- Strong time management, teamwork, leadership, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
