Overview
Lehi Bakery is seeking a Front of House Assistant Manager at our Saratoga Springs location to support daily operations, lead staff, and ensure excellent customer service. This role works closely with the Bakery Manager and Production Manager to oversee scheduling, training, and front-of-house standards. The Assistant Manager sets the tone for professionalism, efficiency, and customer care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise FOH staff and ensure excellent customer interactions
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and time-off requests
- Support hiring, training, and employee evaluations
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Oversee FOH orders, product consistency, and cleanliness standards
- Lead by example, enforcing policies and maintaining high standards
- Be available for key bakery days, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience (food service, retail, or hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage scheduling and labor costs effectively
- Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness and organization
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak sales days
