AT&T Junior Manager- Entry Level

Legion Sales Solutions is an independently owned sales and marketing firm authorized to represent AT&T and other telecommunications brands in the California market. We’re the local team that brings AT&T’s products and offers to customers in person, while hiring, training, and developing our team ourselves. No previous sales or marketing experience is required, as our Entry Level AT&T Junior Manager you will receive hands-on training in sales, marketing, customer service, product knowledge, and professional communication.

AT&T Junior Manager- Entry Level Daily Tasks

• Support sales and marketing initiatives designed to generate leads and increase customer engagement.
• Represent AT&T through promotional activities and direct, in-person customer interactions and sales presentations.
• Introduce customers to available services, offers, and products.
• Recommend solutions and create sales presentations based on individual customer needs.
• Build sales and communication skills through customer feedback, market research, and team coaching.
• Work toward and exceed individual and team goals through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Follow proper transaction procedures and maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Represent AT&T and Legion Sales Solutions with professionalism and integrity.
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.

AT&T Junior Manager- Entry Level Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, or other customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling rejection and communicating with different types of customers.
• Willingness to work in person and engage directly with customers.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to contribute as part of a team.
