AT&T Sales Associate - Entry Level

Legion Sales Solutions is an independently owned sales and marketing firm authorized to represent AT&T and other telecommunications brands in the California market. We are not AT&T directly, we're the local team that brings AT&T's products and offers to customers in person, and we hire, train, and grow that team ourselves. No previous sales or marketing experience is required, as our entry-level AT&T Sales Associate team provides training in sales, marketing, customer service, product knowledge, and professional communication.

AT&T Sales Associate Daily Tasks

• Create and implement effective sales and marketing plans to generate leads and increase customer engagement
• Execute sales and marketing campaigns through promotional activities and direct, in-person customer service and sales presentations
• Guide customers through services, offers, and products
• Curate sales pitches that are relevant to customer needs
• Develop sales techniques from customer feedback, market research, and competitor analysis
• Reach and exceed individual and team targets through cross-selling and upselling
• Follow proper transaction protocols and sales documentation
• Represent the brand and the company with integrity
• Upskill and maintain product knowledge through attending training and meetings

AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Previous sales, marketing, customer service, retail sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
• Great communication skills
• Able to negotiate and handle rejection
• Willing to work in-person and talk to customers
• Team player and has good work ethic
