- Meet in-person with local business owners to walk them through AT&T Business wireless, devices, internet, and more
- Solve real problems for real customers, troubleshoot wireless issues, then spot ways to make their setup faster and more reliable
- Run proactive check-ins with business clients to keep their service running smoothly
- Recommend upgrades like fiber or wireless backup when it genuinely helps a business
- Build trust that turns a single service visit into a long-term client relationship
- Bring client feedback back to the team to help us keep improving how we support businesses
