This role will provide daily support to the Box Office Management Team. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Hourly Rate:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize communication and event information for multiple venues to ensure ticket agents have the details needed for accurate transactions.
- Manage group orders, employee comps, and marketing ticket requests.
- Open and operate the box office during business hours and events, serving as manager on duty when assigned.
- Reconcile ticketing transactions and cash deposits daily across multiple venues.
- Deliver excellent customer service, including responding promptly to email and web inquiries.
- Handle box office questions independently from management when needed.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain consistent attendance and a professional demeanor with customers, promoters, and company affiliates.
- Manage office equipment maintenance and service schedules.
- Maintain organized filing systems and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
- Distribute monthly sales reports to company executives.
- Support management and part-time staff as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact professionally with diverse staff, clients, and guests.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Experience with Ticketmaster ticketing software
