THE ROLE
Performing ticketing operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patrons.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Performs proper selling procedures and provides high quality customer service during ticketed events, achieving customer satisfaction.
- Opens and or closes ticket window as required.
- Accurately dispenses tickets as requested by patrons; accepts credit card payments.
- Maintains accurate count when selling hard tickets or accesses computer for count of computer printed tickets.
- Efficiently and courteously answers questions concerning prices, seating, and events. Gives information concerning coming attractions.
- Must be able to work every Thursday for Thursday Night at the Fights, 6pm-10pm.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have ability to take directions and effectively perform the work.
- Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count.
- Must have basic working knowledge of point of sale systems.
- Must speak and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees.
- Must have a pleasant personality and a neat appearance.
- Must be able to stand or walk for the duration of shift.
- Must be able to carry and lift up to 50 pounds.
