Slot Technician II
We’re looking for an experienced Slot Technician who can manage a shift with minimal supervision while contributing to a supportive team. Previous experience is required for this position. If you have hands-on skills, enjoy troubleshooting, and thrive in a fast; paced environment then this is for you.
What You’ll Do:
· Perform maintenance and cleaning on slot machines
· Troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical components
· Assist with machine moves, installs, and conversions
· Support floor operations for guests
· Help resolve guest issues related to machines
· Follow all gaming regulations and company procedures
Qualifications:Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Willingness to learn electronics (AC/DC knowledge is a plus, not required)
Additional Requirements:
· Must be 21 (gaming requirement)
· Registration with the Gaming Control Board – transfer existing or obtained during hiring process
· Ability to clearly communicate with guests, coworkers, and management in a friendly manner
· Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends/holidays
· Comfortable in a casino environment (noise, lights, smoke)
· Able to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
Tools and Equipment You’ll Use:
· Multimeters & basic diagnostic tools
· Hand tools & soldering equipment (including hand truck and machine lift)
· Computer systems (Microsoft Office, tracking systems)
