What are the responsibilities and job description for the DEALERS PT position at LEGENDS BAY CASINO?
The Table Games Dealer will be supporting the Table Games department. This position will report to the Table Games Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Perform all aspects of dealing assigned games while maintaining the highest standards in customer service.
- Assist in tracking play and game observation.
- Demonstrate an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures for all games played on property. (21, Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow and Three Card Poker).
- Demonstrate good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money.
- Always present oneself as a credit to the Legends Bay Casino and encourages others to do the same.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of 3 year dealing experience is required.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Must accurately balance chip bank.
- Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets.
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
- Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from guest.
- Ability to deal with inebriated customers in a courteous manner.
- Must have the ability to successfully interact with other team members and management.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
