Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pulls credit, sends out credit summary and works with credit solutions designed to help customers Improve their credit profile.
- Requests required documentation from customers via online portal, reviews and updates Loan Operating System.
- Reviews Loan Applications for new borrowers, sends out pre-approval letters and/or schedules scenario meetings.
- Sets up client mortgage presentation to include different potential scenarios specific to client's needs.
- Handles Pipeline systems including daily review of pipeline, anticipates needed items and/or underwriting concerns.
- Is the connection between our customer(s) and the Loan Officer and Operations team.
- Ensures loan files are “mortgage-ready” for processing via pulling documents from Point of Sale system and elsewhere.
- Sends out mortgage rates daily to Community Bank clients and provides rate quotes.
- Answers scenario questions for clients, after appropriate training.
- Orders verifications of employment, deposit, rent, as needed.
- Helps with a system in place to monitor referral source relationships.
Education and/or Experience
- Experience in mortgage lending is preferred, not required.
- Basic math, ten key, problem solving and computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
NMLS Licensure
