Job Title: Part-Time Courier/Mobile Branch Driver

Summary/Purpose: The Part-time Bank Courier/Mobile Branch Driver is responsible for the secure, timely, and confidential transportation of sensitive financial documents, transactions, packages, mail, and supplies between bank branch locations and commercial customers while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Acts as a professional representative of the bank when interacting with customers and bank staff.
- Ensures safekeeping and confidentiality of all bank and customer documents.
- Plans and follows efficient, time-sensitive routes to ensure daily collection and delivery deadlines are met.
- Travels to designated area branch locations (Pleasant View, Ashland City, Springfield, Clarksville) for delivery and pickup in bank secured vehicle.
- Travels to commercial customers to pick up deposits and deliver coin.
- Obtains and verifies receipt of all transported items delivered and collected maintaining accurate customer recorded logs.
- Ensures bank vehicle driven is clean and properly serviced, such as checking fluid levels, replenishing fuel, tires, etc. Reports any vehicle problems to the department supervisor.
- Strictly adheres to bank security protocols, obeys all traffic laws, and reports any discrepancies or security concerns to management.
- Verifies security protocols of bank premises at branch opening and/or closing.
- Performs duties in a manner that ensures compliance with all applicable bank state and federal regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to include the ability to follow instructions, write legibly, communicate effectively, have great attention to detail, customer service oriented, and ability to multi-task. Must be organized and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Maintain regular and predictable attendance in accordance with the assigned schedule. Exceptional trustworthiness, reliability, punctuality, and strong time management skills. Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- While performing duties of position, employees are regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear.
- Ability to frequently maneuver in and out of a vehicle, climb stairs, bend, lift and/or move items up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to travel to branches within bank footprint or customer locations as needed.
- Ability to travel to post office and transport sensitive information.
- Ability to use computer, scanner, facsimile, photocopier, and other general office equipment.
