Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, top-producing Mortgage Loan Officer to join our dynamic team and drive significant origination volume. If you're consistently closing high-volume loans, have a strong book of business or referral network (realtors, builders, past clients), and thrive in a performance-driven environment with uncapped income, this is your opportunity to take your production to the next level.
As a key player in our organization, you'll originate residential mortgage loans (conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, etc.), build and maintain referral partnerships, and deliver exceptional service to borrowers from pre-approval through closing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and close high-quality mortgage loans while meeting or exceeding monthly/annual production goals
- Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agents, builders, financial professionals, and other referral sources to generate consistent leads
- Counsel and pre-qualify/pre- approve borrowers, present suitable loan options, and guide them through the application, underwriting, and closing process
- Collect and verify financial documentation, ensure compliance with all federal/state regulations (including RESPA, TRID, HMDA, etc.)
- Manage a pipeline of loans efficiently to achieve fast turn times and high close ratios
- Stay current on mortgage products, rates, guidelines, and market trends
- Leverage marketing tools, social media, and networking to expand your reach
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active NMLS/MLO license in good standing (required; multi-state licensing a plus)
- Proven track record as a top producer: minimum 2–5 years of mortgage origination experience with consistent high-volume production
- Demonstrated ability to self-source business and build/maintain a strong referral network
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
- Must pass background check and meet company production standards
