Job Description: Floor Agent – Law Firm Door-to-Door Sales (Virtual Assistant Staffing)

Location :Florida (Palm Beach, Miami, Fort Lauderdale)

Compensation: $5,000 Base Salary for First 60 Days (Training Period), Then $3,500 Base Salary $1,000 Commission per Sale

Expected Monthly Earnings After Training: $8,000 – $15,000 per month

Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Floor Agent to represent our virtual staffing company and sell Virtual Assistant (VA) services directly to law firms across Los Angeles. This field-based role requires visiting law offices in person, building rapport with decision-makers, presenting our service offering, and closing new accounts. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and comfortable walking into law firms to pitch solutions that streamline operations, reduce overhead, and improve case management efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily in-person visits to law firms across Los Angeles to pitch our Virtual Assistant services.

• Build relationships with attorneys, office managers, and firm owners.

• Educate prospects on the benefits, cost savings, and workflow improvements associated with VA staffing.

• Handle objections, provide clear value propositions, and close new sales.

• Enter all leads and activity into HubSpot CRM.

• Follow up with prospective firms via phone, email, and in-person visits.

• Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain a strong pipeline.

• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong sales confidence — comfortable walking into law firms unannounced.

• Previous B2B, field sales, or legal-industry experience preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Los Angeles.
