POSITION SUMMARY

The Floor Manager is responsible for executing Lucille’s service standards on every shift. This leader ensures the dining room runs with precision, the team is supported and coached, and guests receive warm, informed, and polished hospitality. The Floor Manager acts as the GM’s right hand during service, protecting the brand and elevating the guest experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the dining room with strong floor presence and guest‑first leadership
  • Execute Lucille’s service standards: warm, intentional, polished, and efficient
  • Support the GM with shift management, table touches, and guest recovery
  • Coach servers, bartenders, and support staff in real time
  • Conduct pre‑shift meetings and communicate menu changes, 86s, and priorities
  • Ensure proper pacing, table management, and service flow
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all FOH areas
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of FOH staff
  • Collaborate with BOH leadership to ensure seamless FOH–BOH communication
  • Uphold all safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
  • Protect the Lucille brand through disciplined systems and consistent execution

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of FOH leadership experience (Floor Manager, AGM, or Lead Server)
  • Experience in high‑end casual, upscale dining, or steakhouse environments
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and guest‑engagement skills
  • Ability to manage service flow, pacing, and high‑volume shifts
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • High emotional intelligence and professionalism under pressure
  • Commitment to training, systems, and operational discipline

RESUMEN DEL PUESTO

El Floor Manager es responsable de ejecutar los estándares de servicio de Lucille en cada turno. Este líder asegura que el comedor funcione con precisión, que el equipo reciba apoyo y coaching, y que los invitados disfruten de una hospitalidad cálida, informada y pulida. El Floor Manager actúa como la mano derecha del Gerente General durante el servicio, protegiendo la marca y elevando la experiencia del invitado.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

  • Liderar el comedor con fuerte presencia en piso y enfoque en el invitado
  • Ejecutar los estándares de servicio de Lucille: cálido, intencional, pulido y eficiente
  • Apoyar al GM en la gestión del turno, table touches y recuperación de invitados
  • Entrenar en tiempo real a meseros, bartenders y personal de apoyo
  • Dirigir reuniones pre‑turno y comunicar cambios de menú, 86s y prioridades
  • Asegurar el pacing adecuado, manejo de mesas y flujo de servicio
  • Mantener limpieza, organización y preparación de todas las áreas FOH
  • Asistir con programación, capacitación y onboarding del personal FOH
  • Colaborar con liderazgo BOH para asegurar comunicación fluida FOH–BOH
  • Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad, sanidad y regulaciones
  • Proteger la marca Lucille mediante sistemas disciplinados y ejecución consistente

REQUISITOS

  • 3–5 años de experiencia en liderazgo FOH (Floor Manager, AGM o Lead Server)
  • Experiencia en high‑end casual, upscale dining o steakhouses
  • Fuerte presencia de liderazgo con capacidad para motivar y entrenar equipos
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interacción con invitados
  • Capacidad para manejar pacing, flujo de servicio y turnos de alto volumen
  • Bilingüe inglés/español preferido
  • Alta inteligencia emocional y profesionalismo bajo presión
  • Compromiso con la capacitación, los sistemas y la disciplina operativa
