Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
Legal Search Solutions has partnered with a well-established personal injury law firm, located in Central Broward County, that is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This is a full-time, in-office role, supporting a busy litigation practice.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
- Minimum 3 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures, deadlines, and case flow
- TrialWorks experience is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare letters, legal documents, pleadings, and discovery
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and case files
- Maintain and manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and reminders
- Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
- Maintain and update client files from case intake through case closing
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
