Established Law Firm in Miami is seeking a real estate legal assistant - processor to join their team!
Job Description
- Processing real estate transactions from beginning to end.
- Assist the paralegals with elements of real estate closings, such as payoff requests, title commitments, etc.
- HUD statements, be able to read and understand contracts, deeds and titles.
Requirements:
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- 3 years of real estate closings experience.
