About the Role:
The Probate Paralegal will support attorneys in all aspects of probate and estate administration — from case intake to final distributions. The ideal candidate has 5 years of hands-on probate experience and is comfortable managing a full caseload independently.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of probate administration experience with strong knowledge of Florida probate procedures and e-filing requirements
- Skilled in drafting and filing probate pleadings, petitions, and related court documents
- Strong ability to communicate with clients, courts, and financial institutions
- Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and document management systems
- Support attorneys with hearings, mediations, and related proceedings
- Paralegal Certificate preferred
