The Holiday Inn Knoxville West Cedar Bluff is looking for a detail‑oriented and reliable accounting professional to join our hotel team. This role supports daily cash handling, financial reporting, payroll, and accounts receivable/payable while partnering closely with hotel leadership and corporate accounting.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily cash operations, audits, deposits, and cashier banks
- Prepare daily revenue and cash reports
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Manage and process month‑end, P&L reviews, and reconciliations
- Support inventory controls, compliance, and internal audits
- Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate financial operations
- Manage labor and budget standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced hotel environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
