What You’ll Do
- Lead daily hotel operations, ensuring brand standards and service excellence are consistently met
- Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization
- Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor a high‑performing leadership team and staff
- Foster a welcoming, service‑oriented culture focused on guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and brand regulations
- Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of hotel General Manager leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of full‑service hotel operations
- Proven ability to manage budgets, drive RevPAR, and control expenses
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with IHG brands is a plus
