Shipping/Parts Clerk

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Shipping / Parts Clerk role in Clackamas, OR. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy and damage, and properly document all deliveries.
• Organize and maintain inventory of parts and materials, ensuring proper storage and labeling.
• Pick and stage parts for production or customer orders based on work orders and shipping schedules.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Generate shipping documents, labels, and tracking information using internal systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all safety protocols.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or process inefficiencies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or parts handling preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to become certified.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
