Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a variety of roles.
- Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking candidates and employees to support recruiting and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate job postings, resume reviews, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding documentation to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR administrative functions including compliance and reporting.
- Support employee relations by serving as a point of contact for HR-related questions and concerns.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Assist with organizing job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach efforts.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Help foster a positive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ATS or HRIS systems is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
