This is a full-time on-site position located in Woodland, WA. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 7 paid holidays (after 90 days of service), and generous PTO accruals from day one!
Requirements
- Oversee and support recruiting and onboarding of new employees;
- Update, maintain, audit HRIS systems;
- Generate HR reporting and metrics;
- Support production in tracking employee training;
- Assist in achieving HR departmental goals, programs, and projects;
- One year HR experience;
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred;
- HR/Recruiting experience preferred;
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
