$170K - $200K base bonus strong benefits
Overview:
We are partnering with a growing, well-capitalized financial institution to identify a SVP, Director of Project Management. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving critical initiatives across the organization.
This position will play a key role in executing strategic priorities and improving operational efficiency across multiple business lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute cross-functional projects across the financial institution
- Partner closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives
- Drive timelines, accountability, and successful delivery of key projects
- Improve and standardize project management processes
- Act as a hands-on leader — not just oversight, but execution
Requirements:
- Project Management experience within a bank (REQUIRED)
- Experience at a small to mid-sized bank strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead and execute projects internally
- Must be a hands-on, execution-focused PM (not purely consultative)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Local to the DMV area and able to work in-office 2x/week
