Senior Accountant
📍 Location: Baltimore, MD (5 days in-office)
💰 Salary: Up to $90K-$105K Bonus Benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general accounting functions, financial reporting, and special projects
- Work closely with senior leadership on process improvements and efficiencies
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Take on additional responsibilities that support career progression
Ideal Candidate:
✔️ 2-4 years of public accounting experience (Big 4 or strong regional firm preferred)
✔️ CPA in progress (Must be actively pursuing certification)
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔️ A self-starter with a “get it done” mentality
✔️ Industry experience is flexible – financial services experience NOT required
