Healthcare Transactional Attorney | Law FirmMarket SalaryMaryland/DC/Virginia | Onsite or Fully RemotePOSITION OVERVIEWOur client, a prominent Mid Atlantic law firm, seeks an experienced Healthcare Transactional Attorney. You will have at least 3 years of experience with a particular strength in transactional work, regulatory due diligence, and contracting.The role can be ASSOCIATE, COUNSEL or JUNIOR PARTNER.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSJD from an accredited law school and be MD or DC barred; VA bar is a plus.Regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, contracts and transactions.Drafting documents, conducting due diligence, regulatory compliance, employment agreements, etc.Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare/Medicaid billing and reimbursement, HIPAA.

Salary : $175,000 - $400,000
