This well-regarded Construction Company HQ in the Reston Virginia area is in search of an Accounting Manager with planned progression to Controller.
The Accounting Manager will lead the operational accounting including AP and AR in additional to Accruals and Month-End Close and Financial Reporting. The Accounting Manager will participate in various process improvement and automation projects as the company has invested into the newest systems and technology.
The Accounting Manager will benefit from mentorship by a Corporate Controller and CFO who bring a Large Public Accounting Firm background with CPA and significant success as Financial & Operations Leaders.
How do you stand out for this position?
- Construction Industry / Job Cost Background is REQUIRED
- Sage Intacct experience will be a MAJOR advantage (similar ERP systems considered)
- Tech savvy and process improvement experience
- CPA will be a MAJOR plus
- DASH project management software or similar project management application experience
- Public Accounting Foundation is a plus
