Loan Operations Manager
Location: Eastern Shore, MD (Onsite)
Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000

A well-established, 100 year-old community bank with deep roots in Maryland is looking for a seasoned Loan Operations Manager to lead a high-performing loan servicing and processing team. This is a key leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, close-knit banking environment and wants to have real impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee end-to-end operations for residential, construction, and commercial loans
- Lead a team of 5 direct and indirect reports across servicing and processing
- Drive operational efficiency, compliance, and team development
- Collaborate with senior leadership and multiple lending teams
- Help implement and optimize core systems and workflows
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years in loan operations (management experience preferred)
- Well-versed in both servicing and processing functions
- Experience with LaserPro a plus
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, community-first culture
