What You’ll Do
- Manage 5–10 active sitework projects at a time across commercial and residential markets.
- Oversee full project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling through execution and closeout.
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure efficient, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
- Balance diverse workloads, shifting priorities, and fast-moving schedules.
- Review project progress daily and provide timely updates to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Utilize project management and accounting software (currently DAS, transitioning to Peachtree).
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of project management experience in site development (residential or commercial).
- Strong background in sitework operations, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple active projects.
- Proven track record of coordinating teams and managing subcontractors.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
