If you answered "YES", then you could be the part-time Office Administrator we need at Legacy Restoration! We're looking for someone to join us in Waite Park, MN, to work in our office. Flexible Hours:

  • M-F - 4 hrs/day - 9a-1p or 10a-2p
  • M-F - 5hrs/day - 8a-1p (one day off in the middle of the week - Tu, Wed, Th)

Our Office Administrator earns $19-22/hour depending on qualifications

Our dedicated team excels in residential remodeling, renovation, and repair services, doing whatever it takes to get our customers' home exteriors back in fantastic condition. Since opening our doors in 2011, we've built an excellent reputation for being there when customers need us most.

WHAT KIND OF IMPACT WILL YOU MAKE?

The Office Administrator works closely with our sales representatives, department leads, and managers to support smooth business operations and keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes. You'll have your hand in various aspects of the business and help make workdays more efficient. Responsibilities include:

  • Politely and professionally answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
  • Managing office supplies, collateral, apparel, and miscellaneous assets, and ordering more supplies as needed
  • Coordinating sales meetings, setting up the meeting space, and cleaning up afterwards
  • Assisting team members and managers with various administrative duties as requested
  • Contributing to project planning and implementation as assigned

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Minimum Office Administrator Requirements:

  • High computer proficiency with knowledge about Microsoft 365 applications and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask effectively and balance multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Task prioritization and time management skills

The following preferred qualifications would help you stand out as an applicant:

  • 2 years of employee onboarding/offboarding experience
  • 2 years of proven office management/administrative experience
