We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for an assignment at Hilo Medical Center in Hilo, Hawaii.
Position Details
- Specialty: Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

- Pay Rate: $54 per hour
- EMR: EPIC
- Unit: 8 Labor & Delivery Beds / 18 Postpartum Beds
Responsibilities
- Care for laboring mothers
- Assist with deliveries
- Provide immediate care to newborns
- Provide postpartum care to mothers
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
- BLS & NRP – Required
- STABLE & Advanced Fetal Monitoring – Recommended
- Active Hawaii RN license required by the start of the assignment
- Candidates without an active Hawaii license must apply upon acceptance of an offer.
Shift & Schedule
- Variable day/night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 36 hrs/week after orientation. 12-hour call at least once/month. No guaranteed hours or shift preference.
