Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble commercial HVAC ductwork
- Read blueprints and shop drawings for accurate production
- Operate sheet metal shop equipment and fabrication tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Support production schedules and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of sheet metal fabrication or ductwork experience preferred
- Commercial HVAC experience is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
- Reliable work ethic and commitment to teamwork and safety
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
