Pay Range: $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience

We are currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Startup Tech to support commercial controls projects. Key Responsibilities
- Perform startup and commissioning of commercial HVAC systems
- Verify system performance, controls, and electrical connections
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics
- Troubleshoot startup and operational issues
- Assist with system testing and project completion
- Maintain safety and quality standards on job sites
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of controls or HVAC startup experience
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong understanding of HVAC controls and wiring
- Experience reading technical drawings and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- 06A HVAC Electrical License preferred
- Building automation or controls experience is a plus
- NATE Certification or related trade certifications are beneficial
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
