Experienced HVAC Installation Technician
$30-$40 per hour, based on experience
Spokane, WA | Hayden, ID | Sandpoint, ID

What You'll Do
- Install commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, and associated equipment
- Coordinate installation activities to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and job site safety
- Mentor and assist less experienced installers when needed
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure quality results
- Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and team members
- Help deliver projects efficiently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Experience installing commercial HVAC equipment and duct systems
- Knowledge of furnaces, heat pumps, and refrigerant systems
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Commitment to safe work practices and delivering high-quality installations
Preferred Qualifications
- 06A HVAC Electrical License
- Sheet metal fabrication experience
- NATE Certification
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Salary : $30 - $40
