HVAC Helper
Location: Spokane, WA | Hayden, ID | Sandpoint, ID
Pay Range: $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling Available | Optional 4-Day Work Week

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with commercial HVAC installations
- Support ductwork installation and hanging duct systems
- Help maintain organized and safe job sites
- Learn HVAC installation procedures and trade fundamentals
- Work closely with lead installers and field teams
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively on a team
- HVAC, construction, or mechanical experience preferred
- Experience with ductwork is a plus
- HVAC trade school training is beneficial
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
