Duties
- Perform exterior washing, vehicle paint correction, and automotive buffing to restore vehicles’ shine and finish
- Detail vehicle interiors including but not limited to vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and dashboard polishing
- Operate standard passenger car equipment safely and efficiently, including automotive buffers and cleaning tools
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the detailing process, ensuring high standards are consistently met
- Use proper safe work practices during heavy lifting, equipment handling, and detailed cleaning tasks
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure vehicles meet company standards before delivery or customer pickup
- Assist with general janitorial duties within the auto detailing facility to keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications
- Prior experience in auto detailing or auto detailing facility preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of vehicle exterior washing techniques, buffing, and paint correction processes preferred
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during busy shifts
- Basic understanding of safe work practices in an automotive environment
- Experience with custodial work is a plus but not mandatory
