Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Charge Nurse to lead and coordinate nursing care within our beautiful facility. Duties
- Provide direct supervision of nursing staff during shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to care protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews.
- Coordinate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications, IV infusions, injections, and perform catheterizations following strict aseptic techniques.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Facilitate effective communication with patients’ families and caregivers regarding treatment plans and progress.
- Ensure the proper use of medical equipment such as IV pumps, medical imaging devices, and sterile processing tools.
- Experience managing patients with complex needs such as infectious diseases, acute pain conditions, or those requiring ventilator support.
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
