Role Overview:
We are seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee client relationships, ensure high-quality service delivery, and support the execution of tailored marketing and engagement strategies. This role is focused on maintaining strong client partnerships and driving consistent account performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management
- Oversee delivery of campaigns and ensure client expectations are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy and execution
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular updates and reports
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and account growth
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth transition into services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
- Experience in client services, account management, or customer success preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
