We are a growing and results-driven company focused on expanding our client base and building long-term partnerships. We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients, and support our sales growth.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify new leads through outbound and inbound outreachConduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makersInitiate contact via email, phone, and social channelsSchedule meetings and demos for the sales teamMaintain accurate records in the CRM systemCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategiesMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance targetsRequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a results-oriented mindsetAbility to handle objections and communicate value clearlyComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentBasic computer skills and familiarity with CRM toolsSales, marketing, or customer-facing experience is a plusNice to HaveExperience in B2B sales, lead generation, or cold outreachFamiliarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Interest in sales, business growth, or account managementWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary plus commission/bonusesTraining, mentorship, and clear career progressionSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to grow into senior sales or account executive roles
