Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for residents
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Assess resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Supervise, support, and guide LPNs and CNAs/GNAs
- Participate in care planning, admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety, and infection control practices
- Current, active RN license in the state
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Commitment to quality care, compliance, and resident advocacy
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Lifting, repositioning, and assisting residents as needed
- Bending, stooping, and reaching
