We are seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs/GNAs to provide hands-on care and daily support to our residents. This role is essential to maintaining dignity, comfort, and quality of life for those we serve.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Take and record vital signs as directed
- Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
- Support residents emotionally and ensure their comfort and safety
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Follow care plans, infection control practices, and facility policies
- Work collaboratively with nursing and care team members
- Current, active CNA/GNA certification in the state
- Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Commitment to resident rights, safety, and quality care
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Lifting, repositioning, and transferring residents
- Bending, stooping, and reaching as needed
