This hands-on position will create and manage social content, engage with online audiences, develop relationships with affiliates and influencers, and track campaign results. Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish content across major social media platforms.
- Maintain content calendars supporting promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Monitor social channels and respond to comments, messages, and audience activity.
- Recruit and onboard affiliates, influencers, and other promotional partners.
- Coordinate partner communications, content, campaign details, and deliverables.
- Track social media and affiliate results, including engagement, conversions, revenue, commissions, and return on investment.
- Use performance data to improve content and campaign effectiveness.
- Support paid social media initiatives and other digital promotions.
- Work with internal teams to keep campaigns aligned with broader marketing priorities.
- Review content for brand consistency and applicable advertising and disclosure requirements.
- Maintain organized records of partner agreements, communications, and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years of social media, affiliate marketing, or related experience preferred; relevant internships and hands-on portfolio work may be considered.
- Experience creating content and working with social media platforms and analytics.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms or tracking systems.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable content-creation tools.
- Understanding of paid social media advertising.
- Familiarity with FTC disclosure requirements for influencer and affiliate content.
- Strong written communication and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to interpret performance data and apply findings to future campaigns.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
