Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and polished Receptionist to support the front office operations of a financial services firm in Miami. This is a short-term assignment ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and can step in with minimal training.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal staff
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy
  • Greet and assist guests, ensuring a high-quality client experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle mail distribution, deliveries, and outgoing packages
  • Assist with scheduling, conference room coordination, and administrative support as needed
  • Support internal teams with ad hoc office tasks


Qualifications

  • Prior receptionist or front desk experience (corporate or professional services environment preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor and presentation
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full assignment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish


Preferred

  • Experience in financial services, banking, or corporate office environments
