Exciting opportunity to join an established and growing company in the real estate development industry. This role will overseeing the accounting and finance department. Our client develops commercial properties throughout Florida.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain general ledger
· Oversee accounts payable/receivables clerks and senior/staff accountants
· Percentage of completion
· Oversee project accounting
· Prepare financial reports
· Maintain internal controls
· Related financial and operational duties as required
Requirements
· Bachelors degree in accounting/finance (masters/CPA preferred)
· 7 years of accounting experience
· Experience with large ERP system preferred
· Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
· Strong communication skills
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
