Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses.

- Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements; coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to aid business planning and decision-making.
- Oversee fixed asset management, depreciation schedules, and inventory valuations.
- Analyze financial data for trends and anomalies, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Mentor junior accountants and contribute to process automation using tools like Excel or ERP systems.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4 years in accounting roles, with progressive responsibility in financial reporting and compliance; public accounting or Big 4 experience preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification required.
- Skills:Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
