Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using firm-provided lead lists.
- Introduce the firm's financial planning, wealth management, retirement planning, and insurance solutions.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients based on financial needs and goals.
- Schedule appointments and introductory meetings for financial advisors.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity within the firm's CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective clients and nurture relationships through the sales process.
- Consistently meet activity and appointment-setting goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to professionally handle objections and build rapport with prospects.
- Prior experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, or business development is preferred but not required.
- Interest in finance, wealth management, or financial services is a plus.
