The Floor Manager plays a key role in maximizing dealership profitability and team success. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll actively work deals, support the sales team, and contribute directly to revenue growth. Responsibilities
The Floor Manager plays a key role in maximizing dealership profitability and team success. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll actively work deals, support the sales team, and contribute directly to revenue growth. Our ideal candidate is someone who knows how to sell and is ready for more. Who can lead from the front closing deals, mentoring sales staff and driving overall store performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating automobiles by explaining the characteristics, capabilities, and features
- Participating in test drives, comparing competitive models, as well as explaining warranties and services.
- Prospecting and following up daily with potential customers and maintaining rapport with previous customers.
- Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, pricing, and lender programs
- Lead by example by selling your own vehicles consistent with store goals
- Support or step into finance processes when needed
- Assist sales team in closing deals and overcoming objections
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with management to hit store goals and improve performance
- Proven experience in automotive sales (OEM dealership experience preferred)
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Experience desking deals and working with lenders is a plus
- Ability to train and motivate a sales team
- High energy, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
