We’re seeking a Clinical Director to supervise and train primary care providers, ensuring clinical quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
- Provides direct care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses, especially older adults, and manages their outcomes.
- Leads care teams, coordinates with hospital and transitional care teams, and supports clinical meetings and center operations.
- Mentors and coaches PCPs to deliver excellent care, participates in recruiting, and helps improve financial performance and membership growth.
- Requires MD/DO in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Internal Medicine, with active licensure, board eligibility/certification, and at least 1-year experience.
- Must possess BLS certification and DEA number, and be willing to travel locally and regionally.
