- Assesses and evaluates patient needs, applies sound nursing judgment, and collaborates with the team to develop care plans.
- Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
- Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
- Requires a nursing diploma, current NYS RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification.
- 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential.
