Job Title: Aesthetic Program Medical Office Implementation Officer

Job Summary: The Aesthetic Program Medical Office Implementation Officer is a strategic and entrepreneurial role responsible for identifying, developing, and executing new revenue lines and marketing strategies to drive sustained growth for the aesthetic medical practice. This position is a business architect, focused on transforming market opportunities into tangible, profitable service offerings and patient acquisition channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the aesthetic industry, a proven track record in business development, and a creative approach to creating and implementing new revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Line Development & Implementation:
- Conduct market research to identify new, high-demand services, products, and treatment packages that align with industry trends.
- Develop detailed business plans for new revenue lines, including outlining required resources and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead the entire implementation process, from sourcing new equipment and products to setting protocols and sales goals.
- Create and manage membership or loyalty programs to generate consistent and predictable revenue.
- Identify opportunities to increase the average order value per patient through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
2. Marketing Development & Implementation:
- Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to launch new services and attract new patients.
- Create and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar across various channels, including digital (social media, email, SEO) and traditional media.
- Collaborate with creative teams or external agencies to produce compelling content and promotional materials that highlight new offerings.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize patient acquisition and revenue.
3. Teaching & Training:
- Develop and lead comprehensive training programs for all staff on new services, products, and sales techniques.
- Create training materials, including manuals and guides on new patient communication strategies and product knowledge.
- Provide ongoing, one-on-one coaching to staff to reinforce learning and ensure the successful launch of new initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies to incorporate new knowledge into training modules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a business development, marketing management, or a similar role focused on revenue growth within the aesthetic medical industry.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing new revenue lines, products, or services.
- Strong business acumen with exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM software.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, injectables, lasers, and skin care is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and goal-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
