Automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer
Monday- Friday Schedule
No Nights! No Weekends!
Up to $5,000 Sign on Bonus!
Salary Range: $75,000 to $100,000 per year
Weekly Commission & Monthly CSI Bonus Opportunity!
Lee Auto Malls in Auburn is looking to hire Automotive Service Writer/Service Advisors for our busy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, GMC, Honda and Nissan stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and offer excellent customer service
- Translate customer-reported problems to actionable repair orders for technicians to complete
- Provide cost estimates; communicate additional repair or service needs to the customer
- Create and close repair orders in the database management system
- Order necessary parts and double-check that they are delivered to technicians
- Provide timely progress updates to customers
- Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards
- Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered
- Handle and resolve customer concerns
Qualifications:
- 1 years of service advisor/writer experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Working knowledge and experience of automotive repairs and parts
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize
- Proficient computer skills
- Reynolds or ADP experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
